Sequences were originally from Heinrich,T., Smith,W.-A. and Thomas,W.R. in 2010. A. Jacquet indicates the submitter constructed a rDNA in Picchia pastoris, expressed and used the protein in tests. They indicate 90% sequence coverage by MSMS.
