Allergenicity:151 patients with baker's asthma were tested. Symptoms were confirmed by sIgE to wheat (ImmunoCAP) and specific inhalation challenge with wheat flour in ambiguous cases. Of those, 6 sera (4%) reacted in an IgE ELISA with recombinant Tri a 44.0101 produced in E. coli.
