In an initial experiment, eight of 10 tested sera (80%) had IgE to nArt d 1, rArt d 1.0101 and rArt d 1.0102 with similar IgE binding capacities of both allergen variants. All 95 sera were tested with rArt v 1.0101 with positive IgE measured in 80 sera (84%). |
