Of those, 9 (45%) had IgE to recombinant Art an 14.0101, produced in E. coli. In a BAT assay with 3 Art an 14-sensitized patients, 2 of 3 reacted with rArt an 14.0101. In an IgE ELISA with a pool of Art an 14-sensitized sera, a high extent of IgE cross-reactivity with Art si 14 was shown. |
