Allergenicity: | 298 subjects attending the Taichung Veterans General Hospital were recruited with at least asthma, rhinitis, atopic dermatitis or eczema. They were tested by SPT and ELISA to recombinant Tyr p 20.0101, which had been cloned by PCR. Indirect basophil activation was tested. 51 of 298 were positive for IgE binding by ELISA, 45 of 106 were positive by SPT and 25 of 30 positive by basophil activation. |
